Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Dijimania, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Dijimania,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), for your use of the Yunoo mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

By creating an account, tapping continue, or using Yunoo, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If we provide a translation, the English version controls, except where the mandatory law of your country of residence says otherwise.

3. Eligibility (18+)

Yunoo is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old. We check age at onboarding from the date of birth you enter and may ask for more proof. We may suspend or delete any account that appears to belong to a person under 18. Yunoo is not directed to children.

4. What Yunoo is

Yunoo is a social chat product. Country and conversation come first. It is not a school, course, tutoring marketplace, or dating agency. “Learn by talking” means conversation with other adults. We do not guarantee language progress, a match, a reply, friendship, romance, or any other outcome.

5. Your account

You may sign in with Apple, Google, or an email one-time code. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity on your account. Email legal@yunoo.app if you think it was compromised.

One person, one account. We may refuse, reclaim, or merge accounts that break these Terms.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post — profile text, photos, voice notes, and messages (“User Content”). You grant Dijimania a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and moderate that User Content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the Service.

You confirm you have the rights to what you upload and that it does not break the law or other people’s rights. We may remove or refuse User Content, including for safety or legal reasons.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts. We may keep information needed for investigations, legal process, and safety.

8. Matching, messages, and Yun

The default path to chat is a mutual like. You may send a first message without a mutual like by spending Yun. Paying Yun does not entitle you to a reply, a match, or a refund if the other person ignores or declines.

Revealing who viewed you with Yun, unlocking chat photos with Yun, and similar consumable actions are complete once delivered, except where Apple, Google, or mandatory law requires otherwise.

Unstarted matches may expire (currently 48 hours). Expiry is not a refund.

9. Virtual items and subscriptions

Yun (virtual currency), Yunoo Plus, and Yunoo Gold are licensed digital items. You do not own them. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Paid offers (store prices may vary by country and tax):

Apple or Google processes payment and is the merchant of record for in-app purchases. Their terms and refund rules apply. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

If we terminate your account for breaking these Terms, unused Yun and remaining paid time may be forfeited to the extent the law allows.

Where you are a consumer, digital content that has started to be performed may not be withdrawable under applicable distance-selling or e-commerce rules (including in Turkey and Korea), except where those rules still give you a right of withdrawal.

10. Ads

Free accounts may see ads, including rewarded ads that grant Yun. Plus and Gold may hide some ads as described in the app. Advertising partners may process device identifiers as explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. Safety

We may use automated tools and human review on photos, messages, and reports. We cooperate with law enforcement when the law requires it. You can block and report other users. A report does not guarantee a particular result.

12. Third-party services

Yunoo uses providers such as Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat, and Google AdMob. Their terms govern their services. We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.

13. Our intellectual property

Yunoo, the Yunoo name and marks, and the Service (other than User Content) belong to Dijimania, LLC. We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app as intended.

14. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not promise that Yunoo will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that other users are who they say they are.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIJIMANIA, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND CONTRACTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 50.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under the law of your country of residence, including certain consumer rights in Turkey, the Republic of Korea, the EEA/UK, and elsewhere.

16. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Dijimania, LLC against claims arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or the law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Yunoo at any time. Delete your account in Settings, or email privacy@yunoo.app. Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel that in Apple or Google settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we shut down the Service. We will give notice when it is reasonably practical.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. We will notify you in the app or by email when the law requires it. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms, except where local law requires a fresh consent.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of your country of residence still apply and cannot be waived. You may bring consumer claims in the courts of your place of residence where the law gives you that right.

Otherwise, exclusive venue is the state or federal courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Before filing a claim, email legal@yunoo.app and allow 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.

20. Apple-required terms

If you download Yunoo from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Service. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the app purchase price (if any) as required by Apple’s terms. Other claims are our responsibility, not Apple’s, to the extent permitted by law. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this section.

21. General

If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. We may assign these Terms in a reorganization or sale. You may not assign them. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Service.
