These are Yunoo’s published standards against child sexual abuse and child sexual exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). They apply to the Yunoo mobile app and related services operated by Dijimania, LLC.
Yunoo is an adult social chat product. It is not directed to children.
Zero tolerance
We do not allow:
- Anyone under 18 to create or use an account
- Sexual content, imagery, or conversation involving anyone 17 or under
- Child sexual abuse material in any form, including links, files, or attempts to obtain it
- Grooming, sexual exploitation, or attempts to contact a child
- Asking others to share sexual content of a minor
We remove this material when we find it, ban the accounts involved, and report it to the authorities as required by law.
Age gate
You must be at least 18. We collect date of birth at onboarding and may ask for more proof. We may suspend or delete any account that appears to belong to a person under 18, including accounts reported as “Appears under 18.”
Lying about age is a ban.
How to report in the app
Any signed-in user can report another person from their profile or from a chat menu. Choose a reason and add details if you want. Reasons include:
- Appears under 18
- Sexual content or advances
- Harassment or bullying
- Spam or scam
- Fake profile
- Something else
You can also block the person. Blocked people are hidden from Discover, likes, and views.
A report reaches us. It does not promise a particular outcome.
How to report outside the app
If you cannot use the in-app form, email legal@yunoo.app with “Child safety” in the subject. Include the username or profile, what you saw, and when. Do not send copies of illegal images to us by email.
Law enforcement can use the same address for urgent legal process.
How we review
Reports are stored and reviewed by the operator. We may use automated checks and human review on photos, messages, and reports. We may hide content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts.
We keep safety records (reports, bans, and related investigation data) as described in the Privacy Policy, and longer if a legal hold is open.
Reporting to authorities
When we become aware of apparent CSAM or of a child being sexually exploited on Yunoo, we report it to the appropriate regional or national authorities. For the United States that includes the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline. We cooperate with law enforcement when the law requires it.
We may preserve accounts and content needed for an investigation and will not tip off a user when doing so would interfere with that work.
What we do not claim
We do not promise that every piece of content is scanned, or that every report is resolved in a set number of hours. Users remain responsible for what they send. Yunoo is not a substitute for calling emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
